Delivery & Installation Policy

• 1. Delivery is available from Suratkal to Sirsi and surrounding areas.
• 2. Delivery timelines:
• • In-stock products: 3–10 days
• • Custom-made / manufactured products: 15–35 days
• 3. The customer will be informed of the estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
• 4. Free delivery may be offered on selected products or minimum order values. Otherwise, delivery charges will apply.
• 5. Installation assistance will be provided for products that require assembling.
• 6. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the following before placing an order:
• • Door size
• • Lift availability
• • Staircase width
• 7. If the delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
• 8. Delivery timelines may vary due to traffic, weather, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
• 9. Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery. Any damages must be reported immediately with photos or videos.
• 10. For multi-floor deliveries without lift access, additional manpower or handling charges may apply.
